Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent image drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different sections of the estate.

Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
